Nick towed our Suburban after it was an attempted theft from a hotel in Denver. He had to literally drag the truck out of the parking space to position it to winch it up onto the flatbed. Rob was absolutely amazing in a stressful situation. My car broke down right on the edge of a busy road and he made sure I was safe in the tow truck while he loaded my car. They were a life saver. My inoperable car was in a King Soopers parking lot for 3 days as I unsuccessfully attempted more than once to get AAA to come help with replacing my car battery or towing the vehicle to dealer repair location. When I called Integrity on the morning of the day before Thanksgiving the female employee was delightfully pleasant and said a truck could meet me in about 90 minutes. The tow was accomplished on time and the driver (apologies but I don't recall the name -- Jim I think) was very kind and good guy. I would definitely recommend them. - 11/24/2022

I needed to have a pickup truck towed and I didn't have the key to open the door so it could be shifted into neutral. In addition, there was a car park in front and behind it so it was pinned in. Have no fear because Matt (aka Kenny - on his shirt) had the skills to maneuver his truck and flatbed in between the parked car and the truck to load it up and haul it away. Once we got it to the dealership, Matt had to jump through a few more hoops to unload it, all the while remaining calm and professional. Had to have our car towed to the dealership from our house for some repairs. We called several companies that couldn't help, or were closed on Saturday.

The guy from Integrity was able to come within 1.5 hours. When we called, the first question he asked is "are you on a safe place" (before he was told the car was at our house). He was efficient, friendly and affordable. - 7/27/2019 

After calling several towing companies in the area, I found Integrity Towing and they had the cheapest quote for a 13 mile tow. Dispatch set an arrival expectation and Kenny even called when he was on his way to give us an ETA. He was super friendly and made sure not to scrape the bottom of my car when hoisting from the sloped surface. Towing companies are expensive. It's a bummer to even need to make the call. Robby and Kendra are great. They communicated arrival times and kept me updated. When Robby arrived he played a mean game of Tetris to load my car in a packed golf course parking lot and then even offered to stop so I could get a drink or snack if I needed it.

I called for a jump start and possible tow. The woman who answered the phone gave me a very detailed description of what the charges would be and gave me a time that the driver would arrive.

The driver arrived on time, and was very professional. He was able to jump start my car, so no tow needed. The invoice was clear and accurate to the quote.

These guys helped turn an awful experience into a great one. During the last big snow, my car bit the dust and would not start. I was parked on a busy stretch of Broadway at a metered spot, so it was pretty important that I got my car back home. I called about every tow company in the book, I was told that it would be about 4 hrs before a truck would be available. Finally, I called up Integrity. They were absolutely professional and had a truck immediately available.

The driver, Cody, was there quickly and was very nice. It's all too often that you get a driver that seems bothered by having to hook you up but Cody did it all with a smile on his face as the snow came down and the temperature was well below freezing. For the 7 mile trip + hookup it came out to $121, which I found absolutely reasonable.

Just got back home after a not so fun day! But Rob was a life saver! My right front tire went flat and then I hit a pothole with the spare. He answered right away got to me quickly and took me to discount tire! They kept me updated on their status until they got to me which was great! I am so grateful for Integrity Towing! They were the third or fourth company I called to get help while stranded in a parking lot with my broken down car. Every company before was gruff, unprofessional, and uncaring for my situation. Integrity was wonderful over the phone - they were quick to get down to business without making me feel like "just another job." They cared about getting to me quickly and efficiently.

Robby Hale was the servicer who came to my rescue - he was super friendly and happy to be doing his work! It was so refreshing to find myself laughing and smiling in the midst of a very stressful situation.
